I am a programmer by trade, but sadly I don't get to use Amigas at work. :-(

At home, though, I have done a lot of programming on my Amiga. I've learnt a lot of programming languages over time, but until recently, most of my Amiga coding was done using Amos Pro. My biggest problem is getting things finished. I've got dozens of half finished and nearly finished programs just waiting for me to get back to them.

Anyway, here's a list of my most promising projects. Some are available to download. Most of those are also available on Aminet, but not neccessarily the latest version.

Space Jest	AMOS Pro	A text adventure game. This one was finished a while ago, and even made it onto a magazine cover disk (Amiga User International). I've tried to make it fun rather than frustratingly difficult like most games of this type. Featured recently as Amiga Format magazine's "PD Selection Of The Month"!	Download (155k LHA)
CatManD00	AMOS Pro	The follow-up to Space Jest, with lots of changes in the game engine. Would be complete, but I can't think of any more puzzles to put into it :-\	Anyone want to suggest some puzzles for me?
PipingHot	AMOS Pro	A clone of PipeMania/Pipeline/etc, but with some interesting features, such as twin mouse two player games, and more. Uses the "Amcaf" extension to Amos for the second mouse. The game works - all it needs now is some frills.	Making very good progress.
SDC-Logo	AMOS Pro	A Logo interpreter. Works well, although it's not exactly very close to the original language. Quite an ambitious project, so I could use some feedback.	Contact me if you want to beta test this.
CityMetro	AMOS Pro	A cross between SimCity, Railroad Tycoon, and a dozen other games. I've not got very far with this one yet, but the hex-map routines look nice :)	Early stages, still
The Insult Construction Kit	Dice C	A small Shell program (with C source) that outputs randomised insults. Works a little like those fortune cookie programs, but with a little bit more bite! ;-)	Download (17K LHA)
HAL 9001	AMOS Pro	My attempt at artificial intelligence. Not very intelligent at all really, but it tries to stick to correct grammar. Fun, but not really of any real use :) The most popular program I've written! Mentioned in the CU-Amiga, on the latest Amiga Plus (Germany) cover CD and Amiga Format subscriber's disk, as well as getting me loads of email :-)	Download (65K LHA) UPDATED 12-Feb-98
SDBM	SAS C or Blitz	I gave up looking for a decent database manager to write programs with, so I'm writing my own. It might be a while yet before I've got anything to show for my efforts, though.	Possibly switching to Blitz to code this... it'll be quicker!
HyperGuide Bible	AmigaGuide + HDTS	I did mention that I'm a Christian, didn't I? I've put the bible into hypertext, with a front-end. Next, I plan to write some study notes for it.	In progress!
Magic Workbench Icons	Drawn with Iconian	Well, everyone else is getting in on the act, so I thought I could draw some. :-) Need a drawer icon for Railroad Tycoon?....	Download (22K LHA)
Mouse Maze	AMOS Pro	Another little Artificial Inteligence experiment... Not as wonderful as HAL9001, but fun in it's own right.	Download (22K LHA)

As I get more done, I plan to have put more projects up for download. I've also uploaded them to Aminet as well, so if you have trouble downloading from here, try there.
If you've got an idea for a project that I could use, or just want to say Hi, feel free to mail me. Please do bear in mind that these are all done during my spare time, so progress may not be supersonic. ;-)

In the future, I hope to start more projects in C, but for now, I want to finish some of my older outstanding work first.
